Udo Brauer began his professional career in the sales department of a German premium car manufacturer. The stations led him via sales and marketing management to regional and branch management.

In 2004, he moved into human resources consulting, first as a senior consultant and then as branch manager and managing director.

In the HR Consult Group, he assists companies in the automotive trade, plant engineering and in the Defence & Aerospace sector in filling their positions with the right personalities. 

In addition to his clean, systematic way of working, he is characterised by his intensive communication with customers and employees and his high level of service and customer orientation.
