Heiko Brennfleck began his professional career in sales of renowned branded goods. He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and gained many years of valuable experience in training and further education of young junior staff during his career, up to the position of sales manager.

This was followed by his start as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as sales manager at PERSONAL TOTAL, concentrates on the acquisition of new customers in the individual competence centres as well as advising our clients in the search for specialists and managers in the area of sales and marketing. He is also active in our Training & Education competence centre.
