The perspective of connecting companies with the right professionals and managers, supporting people on their journeys and turning conflicts into synergies only emerged for me in the course of my career.

As a master craftsman, my enthusiasm for interacting with people and awakening potential grew. After studying mechanical engineering, I was able to combine practice and theory in an international company. Technical stations led to the position of key account manager for an automobile manufacturer.

The enthusiasm for personnel recruitment came as a sales manager in a medium-sized company. Here I was able to investigate and influence the connection between personnel development and company success.

In retrospect, these developments led me to work as a personnel consultant specialising in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation technology as well as the building materials industry/TGA/construction.

Since 2005 I have been supporting companies as a consultant, systemic coach and mediator certified according to § 5 para. 2 MediationsG and can initiate and accompany processes with a holistic approach.
