What happens to my application documents?

We review your documents professionally and check which position could be interesting for you. If we can make you a concrete offer, we contact you, inform you about the position and hold a personal interview with you. We will only recommend you to the company as a suitable candidate with your consent. If we are unable to offer you a suitable position at the moment, we will enter your data in our database - again only with your consent - and continuously compare it with newly received offers. By always recommending only a few candidates suitable for the respective job requirement to the companies, we create good conditions for you to receive an interesting offer. Candidate data is processed in accordance with the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
